Who is Pulmonary Rehabilitation for?

Current Australian guidelines recommend that pulmonary rehabilitation is appropriate for:

  • People with stable COPD of all severities (i.e. mild to severe).
  • People with COPD after a hospitalisation for an exacerbation 
  • People with bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease or pulmonary hypertension.
